Shipping Info

Important note to EU customers: Thanks to Brexit, customs check may be applied to goods sent from the UK to EU – ie. our vinyl releases shipped from the UK. Orders with value of more than 22 EUR may be liable for your local VAT. Orders valued over 150 EUR may be liable for a customs fee. Please consult your local customs & tax office for info. FU Boris.

Please note we can only offer one delivery option and have chosen to use the cheapest available. All items are shipped using Standard Economy Postage.

This goes for up to 2kg (that’s roughly 7 or 8 standard vinyl 12”s), please contact if you’d like to order bigger quantity.

For deliveries outside of the UK, the delivery aim is 10-15 days.

When all items you ordered and paid for are available to be shipped, your order will be dispatched by our distributor / fulfilment partner in the UK within 2-3 working days.

Any pre-order items will not be shipped until the stock is made available and will only be shipped on the release date.

Please note these are standard, non-tracked packages without insurance. We have no means to locate the package once it has left our fulfilment partners facility. Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 28 days after the expected delivery date, therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns for downloads as there's plenty of opportunities to check the music in advance.

On physical items, we hope that you are happy with your purchase. In case you are not satisfied you can return it at your own cost in perfect condition ("as new") within 14 days of the date you received the item. Please contact us for the address details. When received in "as new" condition we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage and packaging but will throw in discount codes to ease the pain!
